Hic et Nunc?

What does this mean? It is Latin for “here and now“, pronounced \ˈhēk-et-ˈnŋk\ . The subtitle: “ex atrum profusum” is a Latin translation of my first name, Douglas, which is actually Scots Gaelic. The Gaelic meaning of Douglas is: “from the dark stream“. My signature sign-off: “pax vobiscum” means “peace be with you“.

Cheers,

Doug Simpson
